Nurses follows the staff members of Department 3 West at the Community Medical Center -- recently-divorced Sandy Miller, witty head nurse Annie Roland, irrationally-terrified Julie Milbury, and flirtatious yet long-winded Gina Cuevas. Rounding out the team is the wisecracking Paco Ortiz, arrogant divorcée Dr. Hank Kaplan, and Jack Trenton, a slimy orderly who is only to fulfill his community service requirements. |

En Memoriam |
Her role as the honest, lovable, kindhearted Rose Nylund showed us how to be positive even during times of crisis, and what it takes to be the toughest Scandinavian in Miami. Whether it be stories from St. Olaf, memories of her husband, or fun with Dorothy, Blanche, and Sophia -- Rose and Betty kept enthusiasm, joy, and kindness at an all-time high. With this, we finally say "rest in peace" to the most lovable ladies on television. Thank you to Estelle, Rue, Bea, and Betty -- for you have made our lives truly golden. |
